Which company operates Coffervale?
DomaineGoat LLC, a limited liability company registered in Panama, sells and runs Coffervale. It is the party to your contract, as the terms of service state. The brand describes itself in one sentence, used in the same words wherever it appears:
Coffervale sells storage VPS in Europe: KVM servers with 500 GB to 8 TB of HDD storage for off-site backups, Nextcloud, Seafile, Syncthing and archives, paid in crypto with no ID at signup. The servers run in Amsterdam, Bucharest and Chișinău, and the operator is DomaineGoat LLC, a company registered in Panama. On the 12-month term, every plan is priced at least 25% a month under a named comparable storage VPS, picked from 10 no-KYC crypto hosts whose prices were read on 2 November 2026.
The legal name and the country of registration are the company facts we publish. You will find no team photos, no ratings, no testimonials and no customer counts here. What you will find instead is a date on every price and a source on every competitor figure.
Why a storage VPS, and why this name?
Because the data people keep tends to outgrow the servers they rent, and paying SSD prices for archives makes no sense. A storage VPS turns that around: large hard disks, a modest processor, a price counted per terabyte. On 2 November 2026, the median storage VPS of the no-KYC crypto hosts we surveyed cost $4.00 per TB a month, against $223.44 for their general-purpose VPS.
The name says what the service is for. A coffer is a strongbox; a vale is a valley. Data you care about, kept low and out of the wind. The plans carry the names of rock strata, from the thin Silt layer at the top to the Bedrock at the bottom, because each one is twice as deep as the one above.
How are Coffervale's prices set?
From a survey we publish, at a fixed distance under named offers. On the 12-month term, each plan is priced at least 25% a month under a named reference plan (prices read on 2 November 2026): Silt against DeluxHost's “STORAGE-1” at $1.66 a month; Clay against DeluxHost's “STORAGE-2” at $2.22 a month; Shale against DeluxHost's “STORAGE-3” at $4.46 a month; Granite against DeluxHost's “STORAGE-5” at $10.04 a month; Bedrock against Hostbrr's “Hybrid 8TB” at $22.34 a month. To count as comparable, a plan has to be a storage VPS with at least as much disk, run in Europe, shown in stock and billed one month at a time, at a host that accepts crypto and requires no ID document at signup. At least one such plan was on sale at 10 hosts (VSYS Host, HostSailor, Privex, HostHatch, Hostbrr, NolimitHost, LiteServer, Cherry Servers, DeluxHost, PrivateAlps), and for each capacity the reference is the comparable plan with the smallest monthly price among them. Also not compared: BuyVM (every storage plan shown out of stock); MivoCloud (storage plans orderable only outside Europe); Senko Digital (every storage plan shown out of stock); VPSLab (no location stated for its storage plans); AlphaVPS (every storage plan shown out of stock); InterServer (storage plans orderable only outside Europe); RamNode (no location stated for its storage plans); VPSDime (every storage plan shown out of stock). Euro prices are converted at 1 EUR = 1.1172 USD (ECB, 30 October 2026); Hostbrr prices exclude VAT. We do not claim to be the cheapest at every size, and that distance is measured on the 12-month term only.
That rule is why every plan card names the offer it is priced against, with its date. When the market moves, we read it again and the prices follow; the date at the top of the pricing page tells you how fresh they are.
What does Coffervale not do?
A short service is easier to trust when its edges are clear:
- No backups on our side: We take no backup of your server and keep no copy of your data anywhere else, so what sits on a Coffervale storage VPS should be one of your copies, never the only one.
- No SSD: Every plan stores your data on hard disks (HDD) chosen for capacity, not speed: they suit backups, archives and file sync, not databases or heavy random reads and writes. We publish no speed or IOPS figure we cannot back.
- No Windows: Linux only: Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux. Windows is not offered.
- No Monero, no card, no bank transfer: BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC only.
- No automatic setup: A person on the team creates your server once the payment is confirmed, so it is not instant; the dashboard tracks it until the IP address shows up.
- Nothing above 8 TB: Bedrock, at 8 TB, is the largest storage VPS we sell. Past that size a dedicated storage server, a whole machine full of disks, is the better fit, and we say so plainly rather than stretch a VPS.
How your data and your account are handled day to day is described in how we work.
